I would like everyone to aim to arrive at Robbies at 10:30 am.  This gives us time to look around in the gift shop and wait for others to arrive.

OUTLANDERS is an outdoor recreation group in South Florida.  Most of our regular attendees are 40's-50's (+/- a couple of years) Christian Singles with ties to Christ Fellowship, Journey Church, Town Center Church, Calvary Church, Calvary Fort Lauderdale, Generation Church or Family Church.  But we don't check I.D.'s or church attendance and often partner with other groups that have different or no targeted age range.

THIS IS AN ALL-DAY TRIP, LEAVING AT 7 AM AND RETURNING AT 11 PM.

Sometimes people get with friends and book a hotel room for a couple of nights and meet us at Robbies, but I'm not to be involved with those arrangements.  I'm ONLY coordinating the rides as a day trip, the Lunch, Snorkeling and Dinner.

Snorkeling is about $75 once you include a TIP for the crew.   Then you'll need $125-$150 CASH for Gas, tolls, lunch, dinner, snacks, key lime pie and souvenirs.  The Thirsty Tarpon and many restaurants in the Keys do not take credit cards and will NOT separate bills.  So, you need to bring a big wad of CASH including an assortment of $5's and 1's.
CASH for Lunch, including 7.5% tax and 20% tip.

CASH for the boat crew tip.

CASH for Dinner, including 7.5% tax and 20% tip.

CASH for the driver of the car you ride in for gas and tolls

ITINERARY

7:00 - 8:30 Carpools depart at staggered meeting times to arrive in the Keys at the same time:

10:30 am - Arrive at Robbies, look around in the gift shop, take fun silly pictures.

11:00 am- Get at few tables at the Hungry Tarpon.  BRING CASH!  They don't take credit cards and don't split checks!  Bring an assortment of bills including $1's and 5's.

12:30 pm - Get the snorkelling gear and get on the boat

1:30 pm - Boat tour departs.  They make 2 stops, although the last time the two stops were within sight of each other.  Rinse off on the boat.

4:30 pm - Boat returns to the dock.  You can change into dry clothes in the restrooms.  There are only 2 cold showers at Robbies, so it's better to rinse off on the boat.

5:30 pm - arrive at restaurant.  We usually eat at The Fish House in Key Largo if they are open, but there are numerous other options.  Some members of our group have suggested Lorelei or Sundowners, as the Fish House does not have a view of the sunset.  Sundowners also wanted "1 check with cash", so bring a wad of cash including an assortment of 1's and 5's.

10 pm-11 pm - arrive back home, not too late that you'll miss Church in the morning, especially if they have several service times to choose from.
